SEARS SCREWS UP AGAIN, IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO WAIT 5 MONTHS TO RECEIVE THE APPLIANCES I ORDERED TWICE BECAUSE THE SALESMAN LOST  THE RECEIPTS THE FIRST TIME I PURCHASED THE APPLIANCES, NO.

SEARS HAS TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY BY CHARGING ME $320.98 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF MY DISHWASHER AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL.

I AM HOPING THIS WEB PAGE REACHES EVERYONE WHICH IS THINKING OF DOING BUSINESS WITH SEARS.

FIRST SEARS LOSSES THE RECEIPTS SHOWING THAT I PURCHASED MY APPLIANCES, THEN WAITED TWO WEEKS FOR THE RECEIPTS WHICH OSCAR, (SALESMAN) STATED THAT HE HAD PERSONALLY  MAILED THE RECEIPTS TOO ME.

THEN AFTER IS WAS ESTABLISHED THAT THEY (SEARS) COULD NOT FIND THE RECEIPTS SHOWING I PURCHASED THE APPLIANCES, TRIED TO OVER CHARGE FOR THE SECOND ROUND OF ORDERING THE SAME APPLIANCES.

THEN WHEN SEARS DID GET THE ORDER RIGHT, I USED MY SEARS (WITH HIGHWAY ROBBERY OF 24.40% INTEREST FREE FOR 12 MONTHS, BUT SEARS DID CHARGE ME INTEREST AND I HAD TO PHONE SEARS BILLING TO GET THE INTEREST TAKEN OFF. 

 CHECK OUT THE "SEARS ULTIMATE APPLIANCE PROMISE" THIS IS THE BIGGEST BULL SHIT YOU WILL EVER READ AND THE BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI, SEARS MALL STORE WILL NOT ABIDE BY.

I STILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL SALES PAPER SHOWING THE ORIGINAL PURCHASES PRICES OF THE APPLIANCES, SEARS WHEN I HAD TOO ORDER THE SECOND TIME TRIED TO OVER CHARGE ME.

 

I THINK THE MAIN THING TO TELL THE PUBLIC IS "DO NOT SHOP AT SEARS"

I AM HOPING THAT ANY AND EVERYONE THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING APPLIANCES FROM SEARS WILL HAVE SECOND THOUGHTS.

IT SEEMS THAT SEARS BEING A HUGH CORPORATION CARES LITTLE ABOUT THE SMALL PEOPLE WHICH LOOKS TO SEARS FOR HONESTY AND THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE WHICH SHOP AT THERE STORES.

I WAS SCREWED THE MINUTE I WALKED INTO THE BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI SEARS STORE, THE SALE SEEMS TO BE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ON THE SALESMEN MIND, NOT IF YOU ARE TREATED WELL, OR CAN I HELP YOU GET A BETTER DEAL.

I TOOK ME OVER 5 MONTHS FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASING 3 APPLIANCES TO INSTALLATION, AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF MY GAS OVEN RANGE.

SEARS LIED ON THERE ADVERTISEMENT BUT THEY MADE MONEY, AND THAT IS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT.

  

TODAY, DECEMBER 21, 2007, I HAD MY OVEN RANGE INSTALLED, NOT BY SEARS, BUT BY A LOCAL COMPANY, " A ROYAL FLUSH PLUMING INC., GULFPORT, MISSISSIPPI 39505, PH: 228-867-9944.

I WOULD LIKE FOR SEARS TO REIMBURSE ME OF THE INSTALLATION SINCE THERE 24/4 DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION WAS LESS THAN THE TRUTH, I WAITED FOR 5 MONTHS ON SEARS TO HAVE AN INSTALLER BUT THEY STILL DON'T HAVE A PERSON THAT CAN INSTALL A GAS OVEN RANGE.  

   

THIS IS THE RECEIPT WHERE SEARS DELIVERED MY GAS OVEN RANGE, DISHWASHER, & GARBAGE DISPOSAL.

IT ONLY TOOK 5 MONTHS, BELOW IS A COPY OF SEAR'S (ULTIMATE APPLIANCE PROMISE).

 

 

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2007

RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THE BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI SEARS STORE, OSCAR, THE SALESPERSON THAT SOLD ME ALL OF MY APPLIANCES.

OSCAR STATED THAT THEY (SEARS BILOXI MALL) HAS AN INSTALLER NOW, BUT, HE/SHE IS NOT QUALIFIED TO INSTALL GAS OVENS AT THIS TIME.

OSCAR WANTED TO KNOW IF I WANTED MY NEW DISHWASHER AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL INSTALLED NOW AND WHEN HE/SHE GETS QUALIFIED TO INSTALL GAS OVENS IT ALSO WILL BE INSTALLED.

THE PROBLEM IS, OSCAR ASKED IF I WANTED TOO PAY FOR INSTALLATION WITH MY SEARS CARD, I EXPLAINED THAT WE (WIFE & I) CALLED AND SPOKE TO BILLING, THE BILOXI SEARS STORE DID NOT FOLLOW THERE ADVERTISEMENT WHICH STATED THAT IF YOU USE YOUR SEARS CHARGE CARD YOU WILL GET 12 MONTHS INTEREST FREE.

ON OUT FIRST BILL WE WERE CHARGED INTEREST, THAT IS WHEN WE CALLED BILLING AND HAD IT CHANGED TO KNOW INTEREST FOR 12 MONTHS.

ALSO, BILLING STATED THAT WE HAD ALL READY PAID FOR INSTALLATION ON THE APPLIANCES, SO WHEN I TOLD OSCAR HE SAID HE WOULD HALF TO CHECK ON THAT AND GET BACK TO ME LATER.

WILL KEEP EVERYONE POSTED ON THE BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI, SEARS MALL STORE!!!!

SETUP AND INSTALLATION MEANS THE SAME THING!!!!

STILL WAITING ON THE $50 DOLLAR CERTIFICATE SEARS PROMISED ON IT'S " SEARS APPLIANCE PROMISE", BUT NOTHING YET. (MRS. AMANDA)

 

 

HAVE YOU HAD BAD DEALINGS WITH MR. AYLWIN B. LEWIS, I HAVE AND THIS IS WHY.

EVERY TIME I THINK OF THE SEARS STORE, BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI, 228-388-0822, I WANT TO SCREAM, IF THE CEO OF SEARS CANNOT CONTROL HIS HANDLERS AT HIS STORES, SEARS NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS, IF I WANT TO PURCHASE APPLIANCES AND CAN'T GET THEM INSTALLED BECAUSE THE HANDLER WON'T HIRE A APPLIANCE INSTALLER, IF THE CEO  WOULD ASK FOR HIS JOB AND GET A HANDLER THAT WOULD HONOR HIS ADVERTISEMENT HE HAS ON THE INTERNET, TV, AND IN HIS STORES.

RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM AMANDA, SEARS COMPANY, SHE STATED THAT SHE WOULD SEE ABOUT HAVING AN INSTALLER, INSTALL MY OVEN RANGE AND DISHWASHER, SHE STATED SHE WOULD CALL THE SEARS STORE, BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI, AND SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS.

SO FAR I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM AMANDA, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY APPLIANCES INSTALLED AND I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THIS MATTER SINCE JULY, IT IS NOW OCTOBER 2007.

IF I WAS THE HANDLER (MANAGER) OF THE BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI, SEARS STORE I BELIEVE I WOULD BE TRYING TO HIRE SOMEONE TO INSTALL THE APPLIANCES WHICH PEOPLE WANT TO PURCHASE FROM SEARS.

 

RECEIVED A PHONE CALL AT 11:50AM, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2007, FROM ROBERT AT THE SEARS STORE, BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI, 228-388-0800, TELL ME THAT HE WAS TOLD TO CALL ME TOO LET ME KNOW THAT THAT SEARS STORE IS EXEMPT FROM THE " ULTIMATE APPLIANCE PROMISE".

I EXPLAINED THAT THE INTERNET AND TV AD'S DID NOT STATE WHICH SEARS STORES WERE EXEMPT SO I GUESS THE CEO OF SEARS, AYLWIN B. LEWIS, NEEDS TO EXPLAIN WHICH SEARS STORES THE, " ULTIMATE APPLIANCE PROMISE ".
THAT WAS THE PEOPLE WHICH BUYS FROM SEARS WILL KNOW WHICH SEARS STORES ARE INVOLVED WITH "ULTIMATE APPLIANCE PROMISE ''.

LET'S REVIEW, FIRST I PURCHASE 3 APPLIANCES AND THE PAPER WORK GETS LOST AND NO RECORD AT THE SEARS STORE, NEXT I RE-PURCHASE THE APPLIANCES IN PERSON, I UPGRADE THE DISHWASHER AND MY DELIVERY DATE IS MADE FOR OCTOBER 10, 2007, BY ONE OF THE HANDLERS.

I EXPLAINED THAT I DID NOT WANT ANYTHING DELIVERED UNLESS SEARS COULD INSTALL THE APPLIANCES, BUT WHEN DELIVERED THEIR WAS NO INSTALLER, SO I DID NOT TAKE DELIVERY OF THE APPLICANCES.

Lampert Names Lewis New Sears CEO


"Allewis_aylwin.jpgan, Aylwin and I." Not a new buddy movie, but the triumvirate that will continue to rule over Sears Holdings (nasdaq:
SHLD - news - people )--albeit recast in a very different order. The "I" of the trio is Chairman Edward S. Lampert, an executive lauded for his desire to turn around ailing firms. Perhaps that's why he replaced the chief executive on Thursday. Sears' second-quarter net income grew to $161 million, or 98 cents per share, from $154 million, or $1.54 per share, in the year-ago period. To make the results more bitter, a Thomson Financial analyst poll augured earnings of $1.36 per share. Lampert, whose ESL Investments owns 39% of the firm, took matters in hand: On Thursday, he cast Aylwin B. Lewis--previously the head of Kmart and of Sears' retail business--to take over as CEO and president of the firm, as of Sept. 30. In the new arrangement, outgoing CEO Alan J. Lacy moves to the back of the line. Despite moves like buying the Lands' End catalog business and selling the credit unit to Citigroup (nyse: C - news - people ), Lacy was often lambasted for Sears' sales slump in the era of rising big-box firms, like Wal-Mart (nyse: WMT - news - people ) and Target (nyse: TGT - news - people ). He'll stay on as vice chairman and as a director, and as a member of the office of the chairman. "Alan, Aylwin and I believe these changes will achieve greater clarity in our operating management and align this corporate structure with our vision of Sears Holdings," Lampert said in a statement.

SO SMART YET CANNOT GET MY APPLIANCE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED!!!!!


 

 

 

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THE APPLIANCES I HAVE PURCHASED FROM SEARS, BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI, 228-388-0822, FOR THE PAST SEVERAL WEEKS.

I AM TOLD THAT THIS SEARS STORE DOES NOT HAVE AN INSTALLER FOR MY APPLIANCES, BUT YET, THE CEO OF SEARS, MR. AYLWIN B. LEWIS ADVERTISES THE, "ULTIMATE APPLIANCE PROMISE" WHICH IS NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION GUARANTEED.

SO WHY HAVE I BEEN WAITING FOR THE PAST SEVERAL WEEKS TO HAVE MY APPLIANCES INSTALLED.
