PLEASE VIEW AND READ MY LINKS ON THIS SCAM
Could it be because USM is a supporter of a SCAM organization which has owed me over $10,000.00 for the past 10 years.
Could it be because the Secretary of State, Eric Clark has given in grants $70,000.00 to USM/WRANPS* over FY 1997, 1998, 2000.
With the $70,000.00 being the Mississippian's taxpayers money provided through the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources/Tidelands Trust Fund.
The overseer of the Mississippi Department of Marine Resource's/Tidelands Trust Fund is Eric Clark, Secretary of State.
Topping off this SCAM is your tax paid elected officials (the legislature) voted to give the $70,000.00 in grants to USM/WRANPS.
This is how your politicians and state agency employee's work to show no fault to anyone.
The legislature approves the taxpayers money be given in grants, then the Secretary of State, Eric Clark tells the Mississippi Department of Marine Resource's to give the Tidelands Trust Funds tax money to WRANPS.
So who do you blame? All of the above will tell you it was the others - this is called FRAUD, WASTE, & ABUSE of taxpayers money.

HATTIESBURG - Supporters of University of Southern Mississippi President Horace Fleming failed to rally the roar of support they hoped for from the board meetings of two USM organizations Saturday.
USM is nothing but politics, and the sad part is that our legislature has committed corruption with your tax dollars.
Fleming has been president of the university for four years and is up for contract renewal and performance review at the College Board's July 19 meeting. Gossip in higher education circles in the last several days has suggested that Fleming will not get a new contract.
I believe four (4) years is long enough, look at it as term limits, he has been there long enough.
His supporters hoped the meetings of the USM Alumni Association and the USM Foundation would result in statements in support of Fleming, making it harder for the College Board to refuse his contract.
Let us not forget on minute that the College Board in a political group, they will do what ever is in there best interest concerning the renewal of Horace Fleming.
Money, (your tax money) will be the overriding factor in there decision.
The foundation, which is the university's fund-raising arm, unanimously approved a resolution to the College Board stating its support of Fleming and its desire for open meetings relating to his evaluation. The board usually evaluates presidents in private.
"The board usually evaluates presidents in private."
This is how our legislature voted to double there Retirement Benefit Package, going behind closed doors.
I am hoping the next election of our legislatures will bring new legislatures, which will serve the people of Mississippi instead of themselves.
The Alumni Association, in a closed session, released a weakly worded statement requesting that the College Board "treat Dr. Fleming with the respect and dignity to which he is entitled."
Why a closed session, is it because they have something to hide?
I wonder what the dollar figure is on tax money provided to USM and the other University and College's.
Members of the association agreed not to talk to the news media about the meeting or any of the complaints about Fleming that may have been raised. The foundation meeting was open.
I believe the association needs to be taken out of the decisions of President's renewals.
If the association will not tell the people about there meeting, they have know business deciding the fate of Horace Fleming.
The rumors that Fleming may not get his contract renewed, his supporters say, lack a source or factual basis.
They would not believe a factual basis if they knew of one, denial is very strong.
"In the last two to three days, I've tried to find out what Horace Fleming has done wrong," said Ira Middleberg, USM Foundation president. "What I'm trying to do is put facts on the table."
I would like to see the list of complaints Ira Middleberg is putting together.
But of course it's private, and not for the taxpayers of Mississippi.
At the foundation's executive committee meeting at noon Saturday, Middleberg and other members talked about Fleming's achievements and the possible sources of the gossip.
Corruption is not gossip, neither is $70,000.00 in tax money.
Robert "Toy" McLaughlin said that even if he completely agreed with all of Fleming's critics, he would still support him as university president.
Political support is very strong, this is a very good example.
Robert McLaughlin is like a democrat or republican, it does not matter if the candidate is the right person for the elected position, he will vote for the person not the party.
"It still falls way short of enough reason to fire Horace Fleming," McLaughlin said. "It's about money, friends."
I agree, "It's about money, friends," my money.
It has been ten (10) years and I have not been paid one penny of what I am owed.
Curt Redden, USM vice president for advancement, said Fleming's unpopularity comes from two stances he has taken: growth of the Gulf Park campus into a four-year university and the need for parity funding in higher education.
I believe there is a lot more reason's than just these two.
But then again, Curt Redden, is the USM vice president and a strong supporter of Fleming.
If the College Board distributed funds according to the school's productivity, USM would receive more state funds and northern Mississippi universities would get less.
Why isn't the College Board providing funds equally to all the universities?
Foundation board member Lamar Reynolds agreed, but said the rumors that Fleming's opponents were trying to stop the expansion of the Gulf Park campus were wrong. He also denied that it was athletic program supporters who were behind the complaints about Fleming. He said he had been prohibited from talking about what he had heard.
Rumors have a way of becoming fact.
"The issues are much broader than that," Reynolds said.
It is because of issues that President, Horace Fleming should not be renewed in his current position.
Please vote "NO"
