After
reading this article I found myself understanding the massive
corruption in Mississippi.
I have
tried to contact Mr. John Rhodes of St. Martin, Mississippi,
but I could not find his phone number.
Perhaps
Mr. Rhodes or someone, which knows Mr. Rhodes, will see his article
and give me a call.
I will make a prediction. Any of the judges found guilty of stealing from the people will be allowed to retire with full benefits and retain their licenses. The bogus bar association will allow them to continue in private practice, stealing from and abusing helpless people using a self-serving system of dishonest, egocentric hypocrisy.
District Attorney Cono Caranna's assessment indicates that the appropriate solution is "to obtain repayment," and that, apparently, would be penalization enough. This amounts to forgiving jackals as the pack devours their prey, because all they did was eat the heart out.
Mr. Caranna should prosecute these individuals and let them face the same justice system you or I would have to face - no deals, no preference and no privilege. But, I am sure these judges are terror-stricken to face the same flawed system they embraced as "fair."
This situation illustrates the system of elitism which exists within our judicial system. I call the oath lawyers take "The Creed of Greed," and never have I seen a more blatant and clear example of a system that "takes care of its own."
Lawyers ravage others to their benefit, using deception and lies, pick the bones of their victims and if they are really good pillagers, they become judges. Then when the dumb and patently greedy ones are caught, authorities and the bar pound on their chests and let all involved go free. It is despicable.
For some reason, "your honor" does not seem to apply in his case.
