Been there and done that, Brian Harris Mini, does not and will not look into the problem, I feel I have gotten nothing but a run around about this problem, again, I believe the only way to resolve my problem is to have a nation recall concerning my problem.

The speed limit on the Interstate is 70 MPH, so the dealership would not be breaking the speed limit, therefore I am requesting a recall on all 2006 Mini Coopers S, to find out why there is a defect in the automobiles.
Please reply,
Sincerely,

Hi Steven,
Thanks for writing MINI. I apologize to hear of your concerns.
Unfortunately, we are not permitted to request our dealerships to break any speed limit laws for diagnosis purposes. I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. The service manager has access to regional representatives and the technical resources to diagnose the vehicle. I would suggest working with the service manager to see if there is an alternative in regards to duplicating or pin-pointing the issue.
If there are further questions I can assist with, please feel free to drop me an e-mail. I would be happy to lend a hand.

I am still have a problem with my Mini Cooper S, 2006.
But I know now what the problem is, the High Pitch Sound I get while driving between 70 and 90 MPH is caused by wind coming from somewhere.
I have explained this to Brian Harris Mini Dealer, Baton Rouge, La., but they are not interested in fixing or even looking at the problem.
Perhaps there can be a recall on all Mini Cooper S, 2006's in order to fix the problem.
I am sure I am not the only person having this problem.
Please reply
Sincerely,
