I am hopeful Mr. Thames will be able
to persuade WRANPS, Inc. to pay me for my work completed.
Below are the email between the
President of USM and myself.
Mr. McCaleb,
I have responded to your allegation that
USM owes you money. I did so several weeks ago but gather you did not receive
my response. At that time I informed you that I have had
discussions with Dr. Linda McFall, Vice President of Business and
Finance, and Mr. Lee Gore, USM attorney. Both informed me that USM had no
contractual obligation to you nor your company and thus there was NO
outstanding balance owed to your nor your company. Consequently, I
cannot legally make payment to you as per your request.
I will review your web site for its
accuracy.

You say USM had no contractual obligation to me.
Question: Is WRANPS in fact located on USM property, and if so, who authorized
WRANPS to build a building, and then contract me to finish the building. In
which I now have 7,790.00 in labor and materials and have never been paid one
penny.
Question: How is it that I have a copy of a contract between USM and WRANPS,
with the President of WRANPS is Mrs. Morse, and her husband Reilly Morse being
there attorney ensuring I have not received payment for my labor and materials.
Question: WRANPS received $70,000.00 in Tidelands Trust Fund, these being
obtained illegally according to the PEER Commission (see web site).
When Mrs. McQueary hired me to finish the building, built on USM property, this
action would have had to be authorized by USM.
WRANPS uses the building every day and has since 1991, USM is responsible for
WRANPS action therefore I am entitled to be paid for my work.
If you look at all that has transpired, I have been scammed out of 7,790.00
there is no other way to explain it.

*where was the work performed and completed,
*was it performed under a bid,
*were you the prime contractor or a sub-contractor,
*who was or is your contact person at the University of Southern Mississippi
Finally, I want all our vendors to be paid in a prompt fashion and will look
into this matter immediately upon receipt of the information I have
requested.

My only contacts* was Marilyn McQueary - she stated that she was the President
of WRANPS, Inc.
Robin Berry stated she was the Secretary & Bill McQueary was in charge of
the Treasury.
Finally, I want all our vendors to be
paid in a prompt fashion and will look
into this matter immediately upon receipt of the information I have
requested
I have already paid the vendors; I can send you all of the receipts.

I have repeatedly replied to your Email
messages regarding your claim. I will do so once again. I have fully explored
your claims with Dr. Linda McFall, V.P. of Business and Finance, and Mr. Lee
Gore, University attorney. I am told that under no circumstances did USM
ever enter into a contract with you nor your firm and that USM has NO
obligation to you nor your company. Thus, I cannot authorize
payment to you nor your company.
