This web page is to show what I mean. I have over the years requested information from several Elected Officials and State Agencies.
The "Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983," provides we, as your elected officials say, "ordinary people," the right by law to request and receive information from any elected official or state agency.
The "Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983" seems not to apply to the very people which information is requested. Being an elected official or state agency means they serve the people of Mississippi. But the tides have turned, theses people which are elected officials and state agencies workers serve themselves.
"We, the ordinary people of Mississippi," pay the taxes which pays their salaries. Everything an elected official and state agency has, belongs to the people (taxpayers) of Mississippi. But like I stated the tides have turned, and your elected officials and state agencies have worked hard to protect themselves by not serving the people but serving themselves.
The quote, "We, the ordinary
people of Mississippi," was said by
Senator Trent Lott on the floor of the Senate.
If we, the Voters and Taxpayers of Mississippi are in his eyes,
"Ordinary,"
What does that make Senator Trent Lott?
In fact, the Secretary of State, Eric Clark, has ensured that if you pay your taxes and if you also need to obtain information under the "Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983," you will pay again for the privilege of obtaining your requested information. So by being a taxpayer in Mississippi you get too pay twice for the same information.
I have requested email addresses of elected officials and state agencies. These email addresses are not private email addresses, they belong to the the taxpayers. But they are treated by your elected officials and state agencies as though they own them and are not required to publish or provide there email addresses.

If you want to read why I have requested information from the above list go to
WWW.MISSISSIPPIWEBSITE.COM
Click on the "Links" and read how I have been working to show how corrupt your Mississippi Elected Officials and State Agencies are.
The heading of this web page, "Silence is Golden," is a perfect heading. By keeping silent, and not providing me with the information I have requested shows how corrupt your tax paid, elected officials and state agencies have become. Once your government has determined they are above the very laws they themselves brought into existence shows corruption.
