I will show how political WRANPS is and
how deep corruption is in elected officials, state agencies, attorneys, and many
others.
I will show that WRANPS is a SCAM and
FRONT which has obtained money illegally. It like a society which launders money
for elected officials, state agencies.
Wranps works by scamming volunteers to
work for free, but not only volunteers but others as well.
Their are elected officials and state
agencies which have been a front for WRANPS.
I was contracted by WRANPS in 1991 to
build a privacy fence around an finish building which was built by volunteers
from New Orleans.
I was SCAMMED out of my money by the
President of WRANPS, Christian Morse. WRANPS attorney, Reilly Morse, was
the husband of the President of WRANPS, Christian Morse.
The day I was to be finished with the
contract, I was informed by a phone call too not return to the job site, to turn
in the key to the building. It was stated that WRANPS had all ready contacted
there attorney and he would be getting in touch with me.
This is where the conspiracy began,
and I have been work for the past 10 years to get paid for the labor, material,
profit, and stolen tools.
I hired two attorneys, Donald Rafferty
and Michael "Channing" Powell to represent me. This is where I found
out that attorneys do not work in your interest but there own.
Attorney Donald Rafferty did nothing
for 8 months them quit (I have this conversation on tape). Attorney Michael
"Channing" Powell also did nothing for 11 month, by then my "statue
of limitation" ran out. I paid each attorney the $1000.00 up front thinking
they were working in my interest. I even took Attorney Donald Rafferty to small
claims court to get my $1000.00 back. But this was even manipulated by attorney
Rafferty and the court.

Bar Association and quickly found that this association protects all attorney at
all cost.

I will show how the Secretary of
State, Eric Clark, approved grants totaling $70,000.00 over three years to
WRANPS. This money was provided by the Tidelands Trust Funds, which is derived
from you, the taxpayers of Mississippi.
I will show how the Mississippi
Department of Marine Resources wrote the checks to WRANPS totaling the
$70,000.00.
I will show how the Mississippi PEER
Committee explained how WRANPS was not eligible for grants. But yet the
Secretary of State and the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources paid out
$70,000.00 over the FY 1998, 1999, & 2000. I have request information from
the Peer Committee is any other money have be provided to WRANPS in any form. I
have not received an answer back, and I may not.
I will show how the, "Harrison
County Building Code Office," Director, Ben Clark, was perhaps the most
corrupted person in Harrison County.
