I would like permission to have The Sun Herald Newspaper and WLOX-13/ABC, along with myself to do an article about WRANPS/USM.

As you know WRANPS still owes me thousands of dollars for work completed in 1991, but never have I received a penny.

Since there was not a contract between USM and WRANPS until 1992, USM is responsible for the actions of WRANPS.
