I would like to obtain records showing the air coverage of an organization by the name of, "The Wildlife Rehabilitation & Nature Preservation Society, Inc."

I would also like to obtain the dollar amount in which WRANPS, Ins. has paid over the years for air coverage.

I have requested air time several times but always denied by never hearing back from WLOX.

I have several web pages concerning WLOX and WRANPS, Inc. and if you would like to read-up on why I feel WLOX is a SCAM TV station please read my web pages.

President USM:

I would like to know when WRANPS, Inc., is going to be removed from USM property.

I need to be paid for my labor, materials, profit, and stolen tools USM allowed WRANPS, Inc. to take advantage of.

This makes the 12th years I have waited to be paid.

Please Respond

I have for the past 12 years been trying to get paid for labor and material, profit and stolen tools for WRANPS.

I have over the years watched at how my local liberal television station (WLOX-TV 13/ABC) has ensured air time for WRANPS.

I have also contacted the Mississippi State Tax Commission of several occasions requesting an audit be conducted on WRANPS.

WRANPS received $70,000.00 over three years for the Mississippi Tidelands Trust Funds but were not eligible for the grants.

The Secretary of State, Eric Clark which is the overseer of the Tidelands Trust Funds approved the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources to pay out the $70,000.00 to WRANPS, Inc.

This is your tax dollars being spent through Fraud, Waste, & Abuse, you would think the Mississippi Tax Commission would want to get the money back.

But because of WLOX-TV 13/ABC the SCAM goes on and on.

For 20 years, the volunteers at WRANPS have helped the community by picking up the injured animals they find and nurse them back to health at no cost. But, if WRANPS closes, thousands of injured wild animals and those who find them will be left out in the cold.

Let me clue you the people in on something, WRANPS, Inc. is located on land owned by the University of Southern Mississippi (USM).

WRANPS is a closed organization, that means you cannot go out to WRANPS anytime you want to, so how do you know what they are doing.

They pay no rent, the people work for free, but the President receives $18,000 annual salary.

WRANPS has thousands of happy stories about curing sick animals and returning them to the wild, but some animals like Cheyenne the Hawk will never be able to leave WRANPS. Her wing was ripped off when someone illegally shot her during a fall hunting season.

Please read: www.mississippiwebsite.com/wranps_inc.htm

Fall brings shooting victims, while Spring brings something else.

All WRANPS wants is for you to send them money or work for free or both.

"Right now we're in the midst of baby season and we're getting hundreds of babies coming in right now. We are getting a whole lot of injured and orphaned babies coming in." Dianne Hunt said.

If you watched WLOX-TV 13/ABC last air time (5/9/03) you saw the privacy fence and building I finished for WRANPS, but never have I received a penny in payment.

This is why I call WRANPS, Inc. a SCAM organization.

TIDELANDS CRITICISM ON RISE PEER FAVORS PRESERVATION SPENDING

Baby opossums actually keep pests away from your family by eating millions of insects around your home, including roaches. So, keeping them alive and putting them back into nature is a great community service.

This is something you really need to know, send money, that all they want.

But Hunt said all this charity work could end if the community doesn't help.

You will notice that WRANPS web page has not been upgraded, it still shows Katy Pope as President, another
 SCAM artiest.

 WRANPS NEEDS NEW HOME

Mississippi College Board Protects USM-WRANPS

"Our financial situation right now is pretty bleak. We've been twenty years serving the Gulf Coast and helping people with wildlife questions, and we really need their help at this time."

This should read, we have been screwing the Gulf Coast of over 20 years, and we are hoping for another 20.

WRANPS gets no federal or state funding. The volunteers depend on the community's support to stay a float, and thousands of wild animals depend on them to stay alive.

Then how did they get $70,000.00 in grants for the Mississippi Tidelands Trust Fund.

It's your money!!

Co-founder Dianne Hunt says she's lost many sleep many nights worrying about WRANPS and the animals they may soon have to turn away.

I can see the tear in Dianne Hunt's eye now, please don't stop sending the free money - it's all politics -
Secretary of State, Mississippi Department of Tidelands Trust Fund, Mississippi Department of Marine Resources, University of Southern Mississippi, etc.

"I have been real scared, but I feel like the public is really starting to help us right now. I feel like we will make it through this, and I know that they'll help us again."

And if WRANPS needs free television air time, I have no doubt that Leon Long, the Manager of WLOX will be more than happy to provide free services to the SCAM organization.

He has for years and years.
