You have been reported to your ISP provider for being in violation of the

Mr Caleb,
Have you ever heard of digital watermarks?
I think you should do a bit more research. If that logo stays on your
website one more day, you are going to be in more trouble than you ever
dreamed of.
Mr. Weks:
I cannot find where you have registered your LOGO with the US PATENT OFFICE or the US TRADEMARK OFFICE. I have requested the forms to register the LOGO.

WRANPS receives grant for $39,373.86 from the Department of Marine Resources. This grant will allow the Center to support two rehabilitation interns over the next year, construct a filtration system for the planned shorebird aviary, and will additionally provide much-needed money for day-to-day operations of the Wildlife Center. The WRANPS Wildlife Center and its staff, and the Advisory Board are all very appreciative of the support that both the DMR and the Mississippi State Legislature have shown through both past and present support of our activities through grants made available through the Tidelands Trust Fund Program.
ACTUALLY WRANPS HAS RECEIVED $70,000.00 DURING THE PHYSICAL YEARS OF 1997, 1998, & 2000. AGAIN, I NEED TO POINT OUT THAT THE GRANT MONEY (YOUR TAX DOLLARS) CAME FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF MARINE RESOURCES/TIDELANDS. WRANPS IS LOCATED IN THE WOODS, ON LAND OWNED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI. SECRETARY OF STATE MISSISSIPPI, ERIC CLARK IS THE OVERSEER OF TIDELANDS.
This smells of corruption in politics and favors!!

Intern will gain experience in all aspects of wildlife rehabilitation; such as
cleaning, feeding, administering meds, etc.
Remember: WRANPS, INC. is a SCAM Society
Chronology
www.wranps.org
please avoid the SCAM organization
WRANPS has been
in existence for 17 years on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and provides proper
care for injured and orphaned wildlife. WRANPS operates under Federal and
State permits, and volunteers at the WRANPS Wildlife Center attend workshops,
seminars, and other ongoing training to provide the most up-to-date treatment
for the animals in their care. In 1984, more than 400 wild animals passed
through WRANPS doors. Our total number of animals in 1997 was over 1200!
WRANPS is a non-profit volunteer organization that depends on volunteers and
donations to carry on its work. The Director, Katy Pope, is the only salaried
staff member and is instrumental in keeping the organization together.
She
also depends heavily on volunteers to carry on our mission to rescue,
rehabilitate, release, and educate.
WHY
HAS THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF MARINE RESOURCES GIVEN
WRANPS, INC., $70,000.00 OVER A THREE (3) YEAR PERIOD
FY - 1997, 1998, & 2000
AS
JOHN STOSSLE SAY ON ABC - IT'S YOUR
MONEY!!
MEANING YOUR TAX MONEY!!
The Wildlife
Center in Pass Christian is open seven days a week, from 9 to 5 but is not
open to the public. We try to provide a stress-free environment for our sick
animals while they recuperate. In the spring and fall, WRANPS hosts an Open
House
where the public is invited in to see what we do. Then we often have
educational animals, wildlife displays, and presentations to show and
demonstrate to the public.
We have an
ongoing volunteer
program and try to have orientations, meetings, and
workshops
often.
If you would like to volunteer and are over 18, please give us a call at
(228)-452-WILD (9453) for the next scheduled orientation. You must also become
a member of WRANPS ($20 annually) in order to work under our state and federal
permits. There are many jobs available for the volunteers. If you find you
aren't able to handle the animal care, you can organize fundraisers, enter
data into the computer, answer phone calls, make arrangements for an injured
or orphaned animal, be a wildlife photographer, do carpentry work, or even run
for a position on the Advisory Board. We would love to have you at our next
orientation where you can get more information. In addition, we have an internship
program that is sponsored by Chevron. Check out that page for more information.
The Wildlife
Center in Pass Christian is open seven days a week, from 9 to 5 but is not
open to the public.
Since WRANPS, INC. is located on the
UNIVERSITY of SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI land. I wonder what type of contract,
if any, they have which allows WRANPS, INS. to dictate
when the public can come on USM land.
You can email the president of USM if you have any questions.
DR. HORACE FLEMING
WRANPS wishes to extend special thanks to the veterinarians and staff of the following establishments for their support:

IT SOUNDS LIKE THE ABOVE VETERINARIANS SPEND

Special Thanks to Jack Barrett of Modern Cleaners and

and contributors for there time and donations.
WHAT!! ANOTHER FREE SERVICE !!
And finally, a big thanks to the WRANPS Organization
and Advisory Board members:
Have you
ever known an attorney
or accountant
which work for free?
I know of only one,
Attorney Reilly Morse,
an he worked for free only because
his
wife was an office on the board of WRANPS, INC.
The organization of WRANPS includes 10 Advisory Board members, a recorder, a lawyer, (Henry Laird) and a Accountant. Turnover is annual and biannual to insure continuity and anyone can be nominated to the board. In the past we have had several interesting board members including University of Mississippi alumni, and Senator Gollott and his wife, Zelma.
Note:
Attorney Reilly Morse and Attorney Henry Laird were also the attorneys for the
Environment Group, Balancing the Coast's Future Inc.
This was where the Grand Casino paid fifty thousand dollars ( $50,000.00) the

PERHAPS
THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE (IRS) NEEDS TO CONDUCT AN AUDIT ON WRANPS, INC.,
THEY ARE A NON-PROFIT SOCIETY.
I SURE THEY DID THE SAME TO ME, SO ITS ONLY FAIR I REQUEST AN AUDIT ON THEM!!
I
was audited for Sale tax, last year, too the tune of $1,888.88. I have
requested to know if this was a random audit or did someone request an audit on
me.
Remember that the Mississippi Sales Tax
Office & the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources is in the same building!!
I was told by the Sales Tax Office in Biloxi, Mississippi that they can not tell me if my audit was random or someone requested I be audited.
I
sent a letter to the Sales Tax Commission in Jackson, Mississippi requesting
that I be provided with a copy of how and why I was audited.
They have not responded!!
This
may be a great "INITIATIVE"
Let change the system
to where if you are audited, the Sales Tax Commission must provided you with a
copy of how and why you are audited.
This way when someone wants you audited they must provided the persons name.

THE
BELOW IS AN EMAIL LETTER I SENT TO THE SALES TAX OFFICE
5/8/00
10:33:50 AM
Arthur, I really don't want to get into a war about this.
All I am asking for is a copy of the documentation showing how I was
picked for an audit.
Your position is
to provide the information to me. You tell me what I need to submit in order to
obtain the documentation and I will provide you with that information.
If you feel you do not have to provide me with the information, then you will
have to provide me a copy of the instruction stating that the Mississippi State
Tax Commission does not provide information from the person, which has been
audited.
The Biloxi, Mississippi Sales Tax Office
is in the same building as the,
Mississippi Department of Marine Resources!!
Deputy Director, fred.deegen@dmr.state.ms.us
www.mississippiwebsite.com/deptmarinerec.htm
"I can see a connections here"!!
The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources/Tidelands: The Secretary of State, Eric Clark is the overseer of Tidelands, gmcwhorter@sos.state.ms.us. Why has the Department of Marine Resources given Grants to, "The Wildlife Rehabilitation & Nature Preservation Society, Inc., Pass Christian, Mississippi." They are not even close to where the ocean ebbs and flows. I have requested information but as usual I am getting the proverbial political run-around. When a politician is afraid to answer the question, you sort of know he is corrupt.
BY
READING THE ABOVE, WHERE IT STATES, THE
"SEVERAL
INTERESTING BOARD MEMBERS"
AND BEFORE YOU GET THAT WARM AND FUZZY FEELING, THAT WRANPS, INC.
MAY HAVE POLITICAL TIES.
THIS SO CALLED SOCIETY, INC. OWES ME $7,790 FOR LABOR & MATERIAL, PROFIT,
AND TOOLS WHICH THEY STOLE.
SO
WHEN YOU REACH INTO YOUR POCKET OR GET YOUR CHECKBOOK OUT
REMEMBER, THIS SOCIETY. THREE ATTORNEYS, ( DONALD RAFFERTY, MICHAEL CHANNING
POWELL, AND WRANPS, INC., ATTORNEY REILLY MORSE'S WIFE WAS PRESIDENT FOR
WRANPS, AND OF COURSE REILLY MORSE WAS WRANPS, INC., ATTORNEY), THE HARRISON COUNTY BUILDING
