Ran into Ben Clark the other day.....he seems to be
doing well in retirement....started to bring up your
name but just couldn't fit it in an intelligent
conversation.
Well I see you didn't include my letters exposing your
ignorance on your web page. If you knew the law as
you claim in your web page you would have found that
the harrison county code office still doesn't have
jurisdiction over state property. I don't think the
state will ever grant a lower level of government that
power over them.
But you keep displaying your ignorance, it only hurts
yourself and your neighbors. When I originally read
your web page, I believe that your claim against
WRANPS may have some validity to it. But when you go
on and on Lawyers, private investigators, supervisors,
code officials, judges, legislators it discredits any
valid disagreement you may have with WRANPS.

I just got off the phone (July 5, 2000 at 4:43pm) and asked if Ben Clark was still the Harrison 
County Building Code Office.  I was told he was not, that he retired two (2) months ago.
Now, it falls too the new Harrison County Building Code Office, Director, Richard Herrin, to 
provide me with the original building and electrical permits prior to February 1991.
